The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry about tuition availability and to assess whether I can accommodate your child's learning needs. I do not use your data for marketing, and I do not share it with any third parties.

How long I keep your information

Enquiry details are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your request and, where tuition commences, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months.

How your information is stored

Enquiry submissions are delivered to my personal email inbox via a secure form-handling service (Formspree). I take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
